The form of each Pantun is relatively simple. They clearly belong together as a cycle for many reasons. All the tempi are almost identical. Visually the metrical and rhythmical structures appear standardized but in fact they are varied in many different ways – broken, blurred, distorted, enriched by the introduction of different irregularities.
